It is with profound sadness that the family of Willard Lawrence announce his passing on April 7, 2026, at the age of 79. Willard was born in Isle aux Morts, Newfoundland, on December 26, 1946, the oldest of 17 children.
Willard leaves to mourn Fay, his wife of 58 years, their children, Shelley (Eddie) and Bonnie (Corey) and grandchildren Bradley, Mathew (Adrienne), Gabriella (Charles), Zachary, Taylor (Tristan) and Brooklynn (Samantha) and Great Granddaughter Reese. Siblings: Louise (Phil), Bonnetta (Wes), Julie, Danny (Liz), Ann (Nelson), Coreen (Kevin), Perry (Susan), Maisie (Percy), Dean (Norma), Marilyn (Brad), Shaunna (Tony), Bobby, Scott (Sandra), Tracy (Darren) and sisters-in-laws Hildred (Dwight), Helen (Carl), Wanda, and Patricia; brother in law Boyce and many nieces and Nephews.
He was predeceased by his daughter Cathy, parents, Daniel and Gladys, baby sister Martha, brothers Raymond and Gordon, father and mother-in-law Basil and Margaret Croscup, sister-in-law Brenda and brother-in-law Don.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Willard’s name to: The Palliative Care Unit at St. Paul’s Hospital in Saskatoon or a charity of your choice.
