Roald "Ron" Wayne Roset passed away peacefully in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, on December 10, 2025, at the age of 72.

Ron was born on August 30, 1953, in Churchbridge, Saskatchewan, to his parents, Alf and Mona Roset. He was the youngest of two children.

Ron was predeceased by his parents, Alf and Mona Roset, and by his brother, Lynn Roset. He will be lovingly remembered by his daughters, Christina Button (Aaron), and Sabrina Snell (Jonathan); his sons, Scott Roset and Joseph Roset; and his cherished grandchildren, Sienna, Skyler, Paige, Temperance, Carter, Karmin, Luke, Isaiah, and Jacob. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, as well as his niece, nephews and their families. 

The family extends heartfelt appreciation to the staff of Saskatoon Convalescent Home in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, for the compassion, care and kindness shown to Ron.
