Richard Duquette

A man whose life was changed completely by God. He spent every moment grateful for this. He lived to share his story and that of his Saviour. He had a brief battle 8 month battle with cancer. His family would like to thank all the doctors, nurses and other staff who took care of Rick! Rick passed away peacefully in Saskatoon, SK.

Rick is at peace! He was looking forward to being reunited with his beloved “DOG” and his loved ones that had passed before him; Marcel 1st(Dad), Joyce(Mom), Muriel(Sister), Marcel 2nd , Mark(son), Marcel(Father-in-law), Marion(Mother-in—law), Eric(nephew).

Papa adored his soulmate, Christina Duquette, who he has left behind to celebrate his life and continue sharing his story.

Sir Richard, as he tried to get us to call him, has left to celebrate his life; his sister Shirley(George), brother Gary, siter-in-laws-Maria(Pierre), Joanne, brother-in-law Robert, daughter Wendy, Linda, Nancy, nieces &nephews; Janice, Kevin, Vanessa, Chad, Lee, Marcel.

Rick had many people that he chose to make his family;

Bobbi(Baboo) Braun(Rob), Maddison, Twyla, Jordyn, Jacquie(Stan) , Dalton, Bonnie.

His twisted sister, Heather(Dwayne), Ashley(Will), Elliott, Jessica(Luke)

Daphne(James), Katherine(Matt), Tobias, Benjamin, Kyra

Kim(Les)- Neveah, Leveah, Maya, Liam

James(Karina)-Wally, Barron, Ben, Johnny, Anastasia

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday December 2, 2023 from 1-3pm at Nipawin Alliance Church (Shults Rd. Nipawin, SK)- Pot luck lunch And Sunday December 17, 2023 after service at Louise Ave. Congregational Church (1602 Louise Ave. Saskatoon, SK)- Pot luck lunch
