Minnie Emma Rempel

Minnie Rempel was a beloved wife, mother, sister and auntie. She passed away peacefully in the evening on May 24th in Saskatoon at the Saskatoon City Hospital.

Minnie was born on March 21st, 1942, in Waldersee, Manitoba at the home on the farm. She attended Maitland School.

Minnie is survived by her husband of 62 years Peter, and sons Mervin and Dennis. Mom and dad got married on July 28, 1962, in Waldersee, Manitoba. Minnie is also survived by her brother and sister’s Richard (Theresa) Ella, Martha (Amie), and sister-in-law Arlene Kramer and Brother-in-law Alfred Single along with many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by his parents Karl and Margaret Kramer and siblings Eddie, Ervin, Willie, Ernest, Doreen, Annie, and Elizabeth.

Minnie will be greatly missed for her smile and sense of humor.

Special thanks to all the staff at Healthy Life Care Home for their excellent care and kindness for the few months that she was there that will be missed. Also, another special thanks go to Royal University Hospital staff on the 5300 ward and Saskatoon City Hospital staff on the 3300 Ward for the care of mom.

The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2025, 1:00 pm, at Martens Warman Funeral Home, 402 Central Street West, Warman, SK. Interment will be held at the Warman Memorial Gardens.
