It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Mary Dyck, nee Ens, which occurred on March 27, 2024 at the age of 93 years.
Mary went to Two Rivers Bible School, Saskatoon Business College, and worked at the Saskatoon City Hospital. She married and had a family in Saskatoon, then moved to Martensville.
Mary was always busy, loved to play the piano and conduct the choir, and she always had a smile on her face.
Mary was a dedicated mother and grandmother, first and foremost. She treasured her kids and grandkids and embraced every moment with them.
She spent several years at Bethany with her husband Ed, before moving to Rosthern Care Home, where she died peacefully.
Mary was predeceased by her first husband Jake Dyck, sisters Tena Peters (Walter), Ev Dyck (Ike), and her son Robert Allan Dyck (Bob), sister in laws Elenor Ens, Irene Ens, and Helen Ens, and a niece Ilene Peters.
Mary is survived by her second husband Ed Ens, and her son Norm Dyck (Holly), her beloved grandchildren Michael (Torri), Josh, Kennady, and Abby; brother John Ens, and sister Alvena Taggart (Bob), as well as brother and sister in laws, nephews Garrett and Jarrett; and many other nieces and nephews.
A Come and Go Public Viewing will be held on Monday, April 1, 2024 between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. at Martens Warman Funeral Home, 402 Central Street West, Warman. Funeral Service for Mary will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 2nd, 2024 in the Rosthern Mennonite Church, 3016-5th Street, Rosthern. Interment will take place at the Osler Cemetery.
