The family of Gerry Lebiszak is saddened to announce his peaceful passing on March 19, 2026, at the age of 84. Gerry was a hard-working man who cared deeply for his family and community. He was married to Rosella Ens in October of 1972, and together they had two sons: Robert (Lee Anne) and Jason (Carmen).

Gerry was a devoted employee of the Patience Lake Potash Mine for 42 years. In his retirement, Gerry continued to give back to his neighbors and community. He could be counted on to be outside with a snow shovel ready to clear the sidewalks for his entire neighborhood before anyone else. Even after being diagnosed with dementia, he was always caring for others, including taking care of his boys.

Gerry’s family wishes to thank the employees of the Arbor at Stonebridge Retirement Centre, and St. Paul’s Palliative Care Unit for their care and support.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Gerry’s name can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Saskatchewan.
