Kay Switzer (nee Johnson)

It is with grief stricken hearts that we need announce that Mom went to go home to be with her Lord and Saviour on March 24, 2026.

Left to mourn Kay's passing is her daughter Joyce, son-in-law Pete and their daughter Sydney, Pete’s son Peter and his children Dylan, Calli, Alexandria, Egon, Annika, Oscar and their mothers Yvonne, Bobbi and Diana, her brother Ernie Johnson and his children Leonard, Orville, Jackie and extended family.

Kay was predeceased by her father John, mother Betty, and her sister-in-law Mary Johnson, and her many, many friends whom she loved dearly. Planting flowers, baking, baking bread and making raspberry jam will never be the same without her. She always said that you don't have to be family to be loved.

There will be a Celebration of her Life on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Cornerstone Church, 315 Lenore Drive, Saskatoon, SK.
