It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness, that the family of Kenneth Edwin (Joe) Belyea announce his passing on Dec 10, 2025, in Warman SK.

Joe was born on Sept 24, 1939, and raised in Fredericton NB. Joe was the middle child of Kenneth and Muriel Belyea. He was a passionate family man and a very proud member of the RCMP. He also enjoyed his time in car sales, loved all sports, hosted events as an MC, and was an active community volunteer. He was a former member of the Kinsmen and K40 as well as a member of many boards and committees for years. Dad was also a dedicated coach and cheerleader to his children and grandchildren's hobbies, interests and sports.

Dad is survived by his loving family: The mother of his children Mary Belyea, daughter Pam (Mickey) Armstrong and their children Nicole (Stacy), Rob (Andrea), Ashley (Chad), Mike (Lindsey), his son's Ken (Janice) Belyea and their children Matt (Rheon), Brittany and Jake, Ian (Karen) Belyea and their children Graham (Kiera), Will (Amanda), Keith (Cheryl) Belyea and their children Kobe, Ben and Nikolai, and Glen (Donna) Belyea and their children Victoria and Marley. Our Dad was blessed with 11 great grandchildren, Desmond, Grayson, Eric, Carla, Adam, Griffin, Lily, Rylan, Malia, Finley, and Milo; his sister Carole (Cliff) Follett, his sister-in-law Joan Belyea as well as numerous nieces, nephews and special family & friends.

He is predeceased by his Parents, Kenneth and Muriel Belyea and his brother Bill Belyea.

Joe’s Celebration of Life will take place in Lloydminster AB/SK in the spring (date TBD).

His final resting place will be at the RCMP Cemetery at the Depot in Regina, Sk.

Memorial donations may be made to The MS Society or Ronald McDonald House.
