It is with heavy yet grateful hearts that the family of Jim Wiebe announce his passing from this world to the next on June 19, 2026 at the age of 80. Jimmy Pete Wiebe was born on August 17, 1945 in St. Paul’s Hospital, Saskatoon along with his twin brother Jerry, to David and Helena Wiebe. The family had a total of 13 children. He attended the Virtue school near Martensville, Sk. He was a man who placed his faith in Jesus Christ and was baptized in 1967. On July 20, 1968, he married his sweetheart, Anne Wollf.

He was always a hard working man, with working on the Alaska highway in the Yukon, to Flexi-coil for many years, and then retiring at Pillar Ag.

Jim is known for being friendly and humble. He loved his family dearly and always enjoyed visiting, going for coffee, and good conversation.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 57 years Anne Wiebe and four beautiful children: Darrell and his wife Linda along with their children, Courtney (Bryce & their son Alex), Caitlin (Axel), Matthew (Erin & expecting baby). Julie and her husband Dustin along with their girls Samantha (Sebastian) and Shayla (Cody & expecting baby). Karen (Shawn) and their son Evan. And Linda (Clint) and their children Gage, Farrah and Dylan.

He is predeceased by his parents David and Helena Wiebe, Sisters Linda and Eva and brothers Dave and Tom as well as many cherished in-laws.

Thank you to all those at the St.Paul’s Hospital who loved and cared for our Dad.

Funeral Service for Jim will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 in Warman Bergthaler Mennonite Church, 206 Second Street, Warman, Saskatchewan.
