With heartfelt sadness, we announce the passing of Jay Herman, at the age of 26 years, on March 13, 2023.

Jay is lovingly survived by his mother Tammy Herman; father Dale Herman; brothers Dillon Herman and Damien Montgrand; niece Josannah Herman.

Predeceased by his grandparents; sister Jayney Dee Herman; Zepherin & Therese Herman and Daniel & Adelaide Herman; aunt Melanie Laprise; stepdad Lenny Gamola; as well as numerous uncles, aunties, cousins and friends.

Wake will be held at Tammy Herman’s residence on Poplar Avenue, La Loche, SK. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, 2:00 p.m., at Our Lady of the Visitation Roman Catholic Church, La Loche, SK.
