Gregory Roberts

February 21, 1953 — April 19, 2025

Greg Roberts, beloved brother and son, passed away on April 19, 2025, at the age of 72 at his home in Borden, SK.

Greg is survived by his brothers, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. He was predeceased by his mother, father,r and older sister.

Greg was born in Winnipeg, MB. He attended school in Saskatoon, SK, and North Battleford, SK. He went on to study History at the University of Saskatchewan.

Greg went on to be a stagehand carpenter for TCU Theatre & Performing Arts at many city events in Saskatoon, SK. During this time, he was a dedicated union representative for his co-workers to ensure protection for their jobs. He also drove part-time for Radio Cab.

Greg had many adventures in Northern Saskatchewan as a Boy Scout Leader. He enjoyed all forms of art, including music, reading, movies (he especially favoured the fantasy genre). He enjoyed gaming on computers and many fun filled games of cribbage.

Greg gave his cats a lot of love and care and really enjoyed their company.

He will be dearly missed by family and friends.

The family would like to thank St. Paul’s Urology Department, along with all its health care workers, over the past several years. We are so grateful for all the wonderful care you provided.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Greg’s name to the St. Paul’s Hospital Urology department or the SPCA.
