It is with deepest sadness to say that Gary passed away peacefully in his home, surrounded by family and close friends. 

His greatest joy in life was being with his beloved late wife Carole, his two children Brian (Dahlia) and Theresa, his 2 Granddaughters Natasha (Jevon) and Jasmine, his two Great-Granddaughters Quinn and Blakley. 

Gary had a passion for woodworking and spending time outside fishing, quading, and doing yard work for his beloved wife. He was a man anyone could turn to for help or advice, no matter the time or day of the week. This generosity in his spirit was due to being connected to the United Church and his faith in God.

 His "Celebration of Life" will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 8th, 2026, in the Dorintosh Hall, Dorintosh, SK. Interment will follow at the Rosewood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Cancer Research or the "Door of Hope" outreach in Meadow Lake, SK.
