Faye Elaine Pollock

February 6, 1946 — May 20, 2025

It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Faye Pollock at the Rosetown & District Health Centre on May 20, 2025, at the age of 79.

Born to Hazel & Eddie Hogan on February 6, 1946, in Harris, SK, Faye attended school in Harris and Rosetown before moving to Saskatoon where she worked for the Royal Bank of Canada. She married Forest Pollock in 1981.

Following in her mother’s footsteps, Faye became a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She was a dedicated member of the Harris United Church and could always be counted on to organize the props for the annual Harris Dinner Theatre. She may be most remembered, however, as a florist in Rosetown – a position she held for over 20 years.

Faye loved to laugh and delighted many with her quick wit and astute observations about life. She was an accomplished classical pianist and enjoyed attending any musical theatre productions that came to Saskatoon. In 2009, Faye fulfilled a lifelong dream and travelled to Ireland with her daughter, Ashley.

Faye leaves behind her daughter, Ashley; sister-in-law, Carol; nieces and nephew – Erinn, Shannon, Ryan (Leanne); great-nieces and nephews – Declan, Ryley, Devan, Kyle, and Meadow; many extended family members and numerous friends. Faye was predeceased by her husband, Forest; parents, Hazel and Eddie Hogan; and brothers Floyd and Keith.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Dr. Farzi and the amazing nursing staff in Rosetown for the incredible, kind, and compassionate care Faye received during her final days. It will forever be appreciated.

A graveside service will be held in Harris for family and close friends. Donations in Faye’s memory can be made to the Harris Cemetery, c/o Harris Village Office.

Martens Warman Funeral Home is honoured to be entrusted with Faye Pollock's care and arrangements.
