Dennis David Wolfe

We are sad to announce the passing of our father and grandfather, Dennis David Wolfe, on December 21st, 2024, at the age of 66. Dennis was born on December 27th, 1957, in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Dennis was predeceased by his parents, Aron and Marie Wolfe, his older sister Margorie and her husband Niel Froese.

Dennis is survived by his six children, fourteen grandchildren, his older brother Brian (Marguerite), many nieces, nephews, cousins and lifelong friends. His children and grandchildren are:

Brett (Melanie) and their children Karsen, Jordyn, and Marren.

Russell and his children Reece and Paige.

Douglas and his children, Mckenna and Brooklyn.

Jennifer (Todd) and their children Karysa, Gwen, Ronnie, Eric, and Kale.

Andrew (Erin).

Carly (Avin) and their children Eliza and Vincent.

Dennis’ grandchildren were the light of his life, and he loved to spend time with them when he could. 

Dennis spent all of his working years in Saskatchewan. His first job was delivering newspapers. He spent many years working for Shelley Western and then switched to trucking, both long haul and locally, until a serious accident changed his life in 2017.

Dennis’ greatest love was music, and he was a talented singer and musician. His first experience in a band was when he was 12, and over the years, he played in several bands in many genres. The friends and experiences he had while playing meant the world to him. Even when he could no longer play his guitar, he was able to write music and play the harmonica.

In his later years, his faith became important to him, and he chose to be baptized in June 2019 to show his commitment to being a better person and his love for God.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 4th, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at Cherished Memories Funeral Home, 591 Centennial Drive North, Martensville, SK.
