With heartfelt sadness, the family announces that Carol Ann Thomson passed away on December 19, 2024, at the age of 81 years, at the Hospice of Glengarda, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Carol was born October 11, 1943, in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan.
Carol will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 59 years, Leslie; children Howard Thomson (Rhonda Lein), Linda (Duncan) Osinchuk; grandchildren Michael (Amanda Nemeth) Palmer; Jessica Thomson, Sarah Thomson, Hayden (Nicole Cerda) Thomson, MacKenie Lein, Jasmine Lein, Ricki-Lynn (Kosta) Yannacopoulos, Luke Osinchuk, Gus Osinchuk; four great-grandchildren; sister Ruth (Bob) Templeton; sister of the heart Carol (Marcel) Larre; sister-in-law Ruth Friesen; brother Blake Friesen; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents Menno and Lynda Friesen, and her brother Eugene Friesen.
No funeral service will be held in respect to Carol’s request.
