Abel Francis was born in Mumbai, India, to Leah and Sam Francis. He went on to be a loving son, a faithful brother, a caring husband and father, as well as a dear friend to people across several countries.

Throughout his life, he overcame a variety of obstacles, made many sacrifices, and worked hard in his education and his profession, where he was as an electrical engineer and a quotations specialist. His professional journey took him across Canada and several countries in Asia.

Passionate about all things related to music, cricket, food, dogs, as well as good times with family and friends, Abel’s strong Christian faith was more important to him above all else. Abel departed us to be with the Lord, leaving behind fond memories for his wife Vina, his son Carl, his in-laws, his sister Deena and her family, and all of his friends and church family.
